MamaZio is your partner in getting it all handled—without the guilt, the overwhelm, or the pretense. We combine strategic project management, intelligent automation, and a carefully vetted network of trusted professionals to design and run the systems that let your home work as hard as you do. Think of us as your personal COO: we handle the planning, coordination, and execution so you can actually enjoy your evenings and weekends.

Personal projects pile up because time and mental bandwidth never align—and you're too tired to care anymore.
Your home looks fine on the surface, but behind every closet and drawer is a graveyard of good intentions and unfinished projects.
Weekends disappear into catch-up mode: laundry, errands, the projects you swore you'd finish. Rest? Connection? Joy? Not this weekend.
You're hosting a dinner party next month and you're already stressed about the state of your home, your schedule, and whether you can actually pull it off.
Meal planning defaults to takeout because actually cooking requires energy you don't have left at the end of the day.
You know your life would feel calmer if everything ran smoothly—but you can't get far enough ahead to make it happen on your own.

You’ve been carrying everything on your shoulders, and you’re exhausted. MamaZio isn’t just about getting organized—it’s about designing a life that actually works for you in real life, not just in theory.
We help you optimize your routines, focus your priorities, and build systems that support the person you want to be and the full, joyous life you want to live.

Your home is beautiful, but it’s become a burden. Too many chores, not enough energy. Maintenance falling through the cracks of your busy schedule.
MamaZio brings order and systems to the chaos—without requiring you to do all the heavy lifting. We design streamlined routines, coordinate the work, and manage the vendors so your home becomes a haven again, not a source of stress.

You operate at full speed all day. Ready to turbocharge your personal life too? Get more out of life with the right systems and the right operations partner.
MamaZio provides hands-on white glove concierge services to help put your strategic plan into action. We design the systems, manage execution, and coordinate everything behind the scenes so your home life is seamless, discreet, and fully handled.
These days we’re all working harder than ever while dealing with increasing uncertainty and enormous levels of energy-sapping stress. After making things work at the office, are you having a hard time pouring the same drive into connecting with family and friends, keeping up with house chores, and accomplishing your personal goals? You’re not alone. We'd love to help.

Mama Zio was founded by Katherine Chalmers, a seasoned technology executive who spent more than 25 years leading complex initiatives in demanding, fast-paced environments while raising a family and managing a full household. With an MBA and deep experience in professional project management, process design, and vendor negotiation, she learned firsthand how structure and systems create freedom when time and energy are limited.
Alongside her professional career, Katherine developed a deep expertise in home management, shaped by both classic household frameworks and lived experience. Raised in a family of capable, working women with active social lives, she grew up in homes where entertaining was frequent, logistics were complex, and thoughtful planning was essential to making life run well.
Combining her love of technology with the tutelage of works like Mrs. Beeton's Book of Household Management, Martha Stewart's Homekeeping Handbook, and Cheryl Mendelson's Home Comforts, Katherine has developed a thoroughly modern approach to achieving personal goals and managing a gracious home life.
You’re not exhausted because you’re disorganized. You’re exhausted because you’ve been carrying two jobs: the one that pays you and the one that waits for you at home. We understand what it feels like to walk in the door already running on empty, knowing there is still a mountain of invisible work ahead of you. You want a home that feels calm, routines that feel manageable, and time to build memorable experiences with the people you love. You’re doing your best. But let’s be real: the load is simply too big for one person to carry the traditional way in today’s overworked, overstimulated world. We'd love to help.
