Services may include but are not limited to personal assistance, household organization, scheduling, administrative coordination, and project oversight, as defined in your service agreement or booking confirmation.

Service Limits:
Services are delivered within the scope, hours, and timelines agreed upon. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or a revised agreement.

Prohibited Conduct:
You may not use MamaZio services for unlawful activities, harassment, misrepresentation, or any conduct that compromises safety, ethics, or professional integrity.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, workflows, templates, branding, and documentation created or provided by MamaZio remain the exclusive property of MamaZio unless otherwise agreed in writing. No ownership rights are transferred through service use.

5. Fees, Billing, and Payment

Pricing:
Service fees are disclosed prior to engagement through proposals, invoices, or booking confirmations.

Payment Terms:
Payments are due as outlined in your invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension and may incur reasonable administrative or late fees as permitted by law.

Refunds:
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case by case basis depending on service completion and circumstances.

Both parties agree to:

Use shared information solely for service delivery

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Standard:
MamaZio provides services with reasonable care, professionalism, and diligence.

Disclaimers:
Services are provided on an as is and as available basis. MamaZio disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MamaZio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for services rendered in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MamaZio from any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse of the Services, inaccurate information provided by you, or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination and Suspension

By You:
You may cancel services in accordance with the cancellation policy stated in your agreement or booking terms.

By MamaZio:
MamaZio may suspend or terminate services for non payment, breach of terms, safety concerns, or legal obligations, with notice when reasonably possible.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, unless both parties agree to alternative dispute resolution.

12. Changes to Terms

MamaZio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
